One Leaves, Another Comes.

This isn’t really about Poptropica, but it’s about writing about Poptropica ๐Ÿ˜› If that makes sense… Anyways, it has been brought to our attention by Brave Tomato, that the Adventures Of Curios Bee will be coming to an end… I cried btw.

So… CB is leaving? Wowzers… I never imagined that… I read CB about a year ago… Right after I started blogging, and it inspired me… To write my own Poptropica Story. There were a few attempts, but most of them failed. Then my brother came up with an idea. He doesn’t come up with many ๐Ÿ˜› But this was good. The Nameless Adventures. At least I think it was a good idea.

At first, I thought… The Name… is Nameless ๐Ÿ˜› The Nameless Adventures… It’s like “The Adventures” right? Wrong… I wrote the first 7 episodes in one day. NO PICKLE BREAKS?! None :/ But, I was about to post them to this one blog, my first blog, and my sister spilled Fruit Punch on Episode 1… ย **Facepalm**

So, I couldn’t post episode 1 since I had already written so much and I didn’t want to rewrite it because I couldn’t remember the first episode all the way ๐Ÿ˜› So, I made up an excuse, and a prologue, then posted episode 2-3 ๐Ÿ˜›

So, what’s all of this for? I talked to Super Thunder a couple of weeks ago, and I asked if I could maybe post some of these stories when there aren’t any updates… Which, there always are in Poptropica, so I’ll just post them on the side ๐Ÿ˜› Because she said yes ๐Ÿ˜† So, I’ll be posting these soon.

The Everred Plot: Part 1- No Turning Back

*dramatic pause*

Brave Tomato: This is it. This is what you’ve been waiting for: the first of three parts of the Curious Bee trilogy, The Everred Plot! Now, this is going to be different this time. Since the most popular vote was the story style, I’ll only do this intro script style. Once the curtains open, this story will be story style. Well, what are we waiting for??

*curtains open*

Curious Bee was startled by the sun beating down on her face. She knew from the feeling that it was time to wake up. Time to possibly save the world. She might die today, who knows, yet she got up anyways.

Looking around, she noticed that people were getting up from the temporary sun. First, Quiet Snake, then Blue Skull, then Sasha, and finally Bendy Tornado.

“Morning guys!” Mirabel Powers (Mira, for short) called out to them, waving an arm, “Glad to see you’re willing to risk your lives today!”

Quiet Snake groaned, “Thank you soo much for reminding us.”

The sun that peeked on the CB group was only temporary, and it vanished into the gathering clouds. The area was darker again.

Blue Skull, always trying to keep a light mind, noticed, “Didn’t you realize that we just slept near REd headquarters?!”

“We pretty much get the idea by now, Eric” Sasha murmured, getting herself up.

Now that everybody’s awake, the CB group walked over to the cave opening. It felt more repulsive than the cave that held the Sword of Hope.

“Krimson Everred’s hideout is down these tunnels,” Mira said, staring at her once hideaway.

The thought of hearing her name made Curious Bee shudder. Although CB had the Sword of Hope in her grasp, she has to still beware the villain’s wrath, according to the Prophecy of Color. And Mira said that Krimson possesses the power of the fire, which makes sense with her burning down Curious Bee’s house. Mira was able to escape Krimson, since she’s actually a spirit as well as the members of REd, and Sasha.

Curious Bee was a curious young girl of now 14 years old. She started off as a young adventurer, who was rebellious about the old rule that she couldn’t leave her home of Early Poptropica. Eventually, she evolved into a leader when she met Bendy, Blue, Quiet, and Nice Sword. She was able to able to work out the conflict between her and Sasha, but CB knew that she couldn’t change Krimson like she did with Sasha.

Sasha, a ghost girl of forever 13, thought it was her fault that the CB group is in this mess. There was a time, actually just months ago, she hated the CB group. She had thought that CB had forgotten her. She had once called her a “selfish mortal”. After CB was able to show proof that Sasha had thought wrong, Sasha apologized and joined the group to make up for it. Although she is dead, she tends to act like she’s still alive.

Bendy Tornado was a boy of 14, who used to actually be part of a graffiti-making gang. However, his poor decision to do left him a consequence of a troubling past: involving the disappearance of three of his fellow members, making a decision that actually saved him from the same fate, and being withheld in the Academy. Now known with a changed heart and as the boyfriend of Curious Bee, Bendy’s got better things going for him.

Quiet Snake was a fashionable, yet cowardly 12-year-old girl from the Academy who tends to complain a lot. She tried to give Curious Bee a little makeover, but CB didn’t really approve of it, since it was the wrong time to have a makeover. It seems like sometimes, she cares about other’s outfits so much that she doesn’t really pay attention to what she is wearing.

Blue Skull was the light-minded one in the CB group. He’s a 13-year-old boy who’s a little silly when he can be, but he can be serious when he needs to be. The only reason he was taken to the academy was because he attempted to take a clown costume from the Costume Store, just to try and entertain his stubborn sister. He was also the first to see Cameron and Marcus Kensie, two members of REd, as who they really are. Although he’s a funnyman, he can be a huge help to the CB group at times.

“Hello?” Mira asked the group, looking at them, “Staring at the cave isn’t going to save the world.”

“Ready?” Curious Bee asked, looking at her fellow members.

The group responded with hesitant nods and a soft “Yes.”

“Wait!” Mira shouted, “Krimson probably put traps in it!” Mira took a rock and threw it into the cave. However, nothing happened.

“Where’s the traps??” Blue Skull asked, confused.

Mira stood there for a second, stunned. Then, she said, “She’s expecting us.”

The CB group stared at the cave, shocked. Curious Bee stared at the cave, “Expecting us?”

“Yes,” Mira responded, “she knows you’re coming. And that I’m with you. And Sasha. But about the rest of you… I have no idea.”

Bendy Tornado looked at Mira, then at Curious Bee, “That explains why she nor the rest of REd bothered us while we were sleeping.”

Silence filled the air for a second. Then, Curious Bee stepped towards the cave, “I’m going in. Are you coming?”

Curious Bee ran into the cave, and the others followed. The Sword of Hope was firmly in her grasp and she continued running.

Curious Bee knew for a fact that there was no turning back. The tunnel seemed endless. Darkness blanketed the cave even more as they ran deeper. The rocky terrain seemed like it was going to close in on the group at any second. Nothing was going to stop them. Nothing.

Quiet Snake stumbled a little bit on the rocky grounds, “Are we there yet?”

“Just a little while longer!” Mira shouted, unaffected by the familiar setting, “Krimson chose this cave so that normal travelers who don’t know where they’re going would give up. Also, usually, she enables traps that would make the idea of going back easier. But… they’re disabled for some reason.”

The CB group continued running. Curious Bee didn’t know how to feel. It was a mixture of fear, determination, bravery, perseverance, and, most importantly, hope. The Sword seemed to be giving that message.

Then there was a light. It was a reddish light, and Mira stopped short.

The others, not knowing what to do, stopped too.

“See that light?” Mira showed, pointing in the direction, “Ladies and gentlemen, that is REd headquarters.”

It didn’t take that long to figure out. The Sword was gripped tighter in Curious Bee’s hand. Then, she blinked for a second and put the sword in its case. CB’s pretty unsure right now on what to do.

“By the way, Miranda, do you even know how to use a sword?” Sasha asked.

“I guess. I once did a sword-wielding simulation, and then there’s the fact that I saw it on TV too, so I guess that counts,” Curious Bee responded, nervously.

The group stared at her blankly. Blue Skull replied, “You better be paying close attention to those TV shows. And you better had done alright during that simulation.”

“Yeah…” Curious Bee sighed, “that would’ve been better to know before we entered the cave.”

“Well it’s too late now!” Quiet Snake groaned, looking at the ground, “There’s no turning back.”

Out of nowhere, Curious Bee dashed towards the red light.

“Hey!” Mira shouted, “Wait for us!”

Curious Bee continued running. She kept thinking. She has no experience. She never actually fought a villain before. But she needs to do this, for Nice Sword, who was taken captive by REd. She felt like she lost control of her feet, which continued running towards the red light.

No turning back now.

The rest of the group ran behind her, a couple of feet away. The red light continued increasing in size.

Before she knew it, CB was right in front of the source of the light. Quickly, she hid behind a large floor stalagmite. The rest of the CB group came over, and CB called them over to hide.

The group stayed quiet as they hid.

In the room at the moment, there was Cameron, Marcus, Indigo, and Alamar. They watched the security camera footage.

“How in Poptropica do they know the way?” Marcus asked, looking at the footage.

“I have no idea, brother,” Cameron responded, “maybe it has something to do with the red-head ponytail girl.”

“It has everything to do with the ‘red-head ponytail girl’,” Alamar sighed, looking at the Kensies, “she’s Selena Castheart.”

“That girl who left?” Cameron asked, “She’s here?”

“Yeah,” Indigo responded, “she’s the sole traitor of REd. She’s the mission of Alamar and I. We haven’t seen her until now.”

Marcus was tired of hearing the Selena Castheart story a million times. It warns the members of REd to never be hesitant. Although she takes on the new name of Mirabel Powers, Mira for short, they still call her Selena.

Violet then entered the room, and looked at the footage. “They’re here,” she said.

Curious Bee flinched. She recognized Violet, Cameron, and Marcus, but not the other two voices. She assumed the new girl voice to be Indigo and the new boy voice to be Alamar. And when Violet mentioned that they were here, she cringed a little.

Then she heard a very familiar voice.

“Curious Bee!!!”

Curious Bee tried not to come out of hiding.

“It’s Nice Sword!” Quiet Snake whispered lowly.

All of a sudden, vines appeared from cracks on the ground and held down the CB group. All except for Mira, Sasha, and Curious Bee: the ones that mattered to REd.

Cameron came around from the corner of the stalagmite and leeredn at the group, “Just what makes you think you can hide from REd that easily?”

“Good going, sis,” Marcus said to Cameron, for once, not sarcastically.

“Again with the vines?? That’s getting a little clichรฉ by now,” Blue Skull shouted.

Curious Bee stood her ground and took out the Sword. As soon as Cameron saw the weapon, she used a vine to pull CB’s hand, thrusting her to the ground. The Sword skidded towards the stalagmite.

“Ah, so you’ve got a sword, now?” Cameron taunted.

“Look who’s acting brave,” Marcus remarked.

Out of nowhere, someone shouted “Enough with this nonsense!”

Curious Bee cringed in her mind. That voice. It could only be her. Dark. Twisted. Troubled.

Sasha, remembering she had the power of the sharp, cut off the vines on everyone.

It was no one other than Krimson who appeared in front of the group. Curious Bee grabbed the Sword.

“The Sword of Hope may be in your graspโ€ฆ” Krimson sinisterly remarked, “but the ‘hero’ must beware my wrathโ€ฆ”

With that, she reached out a hand at Sasha. Sasha was stopped, unable to move. “Miranda!” she shouted out.

“Sasha!” Curious Bee responded, sword tightly in grasp. The Sword is able to harm ghosts, it also give the ability to be able to attack ghosts as if they were solid. With that, Curious Bee gripped her sword and used her arm to push Krimson to prevent her from controlling Sasha.

“Ooooo, a fighter girl now, aren’t you?” Krimson said, getting up.

“Thanks to you,” Curious Bee remarked, twirling her sword.

Krimson was stunned by Curious Bee’s sudden bravery. Yet, she still needed to satisfy her insanity. She used telekinesis to keep Sasha still and resumed putting out her palm.

“Come with me,” Krimson muttered, not letting in, “and you’ll be free.”

“No!” Curious Bee shouted.ย She ย got up andย attempted to do the same move, but she got pulled by a vine, towards the ground again. This time, the sword was still in CB’s grip and she cut off the vine.

But it was too late.

“MIRANDA!” Sasha shouted, as she noticed herself being transformed.

Bendy, Blue, Quiet, and Mira tried to pull Sasha out, but it was no use.

“SASHA!” Curious Bee responded, going to her. Then, she looked at Krimson, whoย  had a sinister smirk on her face. CB gritted her teeth. She felt the desire to actually use her sword. It felt like it was gleaming in her hands.

“Welcome to REd, Sasha,” Krimson muttered softly, sinisterly.

“No!” Curious Bee shouted. Sasha couldn’t say anything. Her eyes were closed, and she looked like a REd member. She was being controlled by Krimson. She pulled an arm and Sasha was floating towards her, unaware.

Curious Bee blanked out. She thought she had failed. She didn’t react quick enough.

“It’s not too late!” Mira shouted at CB, keeping determined eyes.

“Go, Curious Miranda Bee!” Blue Skull responded.

“You need to stop her!” Quiet Snake shouted bravely.

“Do it. I know you can,” Bendy Tornado said, looking into CB’s eyes.

Curious Bee glimpsed at Nice Sword, in the cage. She gave a determined look and nodded, “Kick that girl’s butt.”

She glared at Krimson. Sasha was forced to follow her.ย Sasha had lost control of her own spirit.

Gripping her sword with all might, she whispered, “You’re looking at a completely different girl now, Krimson Everred.”

Poptropican Scary Stories: Dare You

Hey guys, I decided to post this one early, but the next one will still be released October 21! ๐Ÿ˜‰

_________________________________________________________________________________-

“Trick or Treat!” Calm Owl, Green Axe, Young Burger, and Perfect Ring shouted at a house.

“It’s not even Halloween yet!” the annoyed Poptropican shouted, closing the door.

Calm Owl turned to Green Axe, saying “I told you that this isn’t going to work!”

“Shut up!” Green Axe responded. It was only 15 days before Halloween, yet the group were getting theirs done early. Practice.

They decided to go to another house. “Trick or Treat!”

“Is today Halloween? Let me check… NO!” the Poptropican shouted, closing the door once more.

“Hmmph!” Perfect Ring scoffed, “The nerve! I just wanted to get some sweets.” She twirled in her princess costume. Green Axe was dressed as Frankenstien, Young Burger as… a hamburger, and Calm Owl as Medusa.

“Calm down, Perfect,” Calm Owl sighed, “I know you’re on the same page as Green Axe but that doesn’t mean you have to act like a princess.”

“But I am a princess!” Perfect Ring shouted.

“Yeah, and I’m a burger!” Young Burger shouted. Everyone else stared at him.

“Well, if you two want to trick or treat so bad, how about you go to THAT house? I dare you.”ย  Calm Owl said, pointing to a mysterious cottage.

“No thanks! Creepy places frizz my hair,” Perfect Ring disagreed.

“I don’t think anybody lives there anyways,” Green Axe said.

“Well then why don’t you check it out then?” Young Burger asked.

“Oh alright, fine, come on, Perfect,” Green Axe sighed.

“No, NO! I don’t want to go there!” Perfect Ring shouted.

The duo walked (and dragged) to the conspicuous cottage and knocked on the door. After a moment of waiting, Perfect Ring said, hesitantly, “Well, I don’t think anyone’s home.”

Just as the duo turned around to go back, the door creaked open. They quickly turned around and said “Trick or… treat.” There was no one at the door.

“See? It’s abandoned!” Green Axe shouted.

“Can we go now? This place is giving me goosebumps…” Perfect Ring shivered.

“Nu-uh! We dare you to go inside!” Young Burger shouted back.

Perfect Ring’s jaw dropped. “Seriously?”

“Oh fine!” Green Axe sighed. They entered the house.

Back outside, both Calm Owl and and Young Burger snickered. Sometimes,ย Greenย Axe and Perfect Ring are ย just so gullible.

“Just wait for it. They will come out screaming any second,” Calm Owl snickered.

However, they haven’t come yet.

One minute turned into ten, ten into thirty, thirty minutes into an hour. The moon glistened over the pecuilar scene. The crisp, chilly air of an October night got to them.

“This toga is so not warm,” shivered Calm Owl.

“Well, I’m hot in this hamburger…” Young Burger panted.

An hour became two hours. Each minute ticks by and Calm and Young are getting more worried. Fog started to roll in. However, Calm and Young stayed where they were.

“Do you think we should go in now?” Young Burger asked.

“No, not yet! They are probably just exploring,” Calm Axe responded.

“But they would’ve came out screaming ages ago!” he shouted. He ran to the house.

“Young Burger! Wait!” shouted Calm Owl, running after Young Burger. He shot through the doors and looked around. It was a quaint, yet spooky place. A glass chandelier hung from the ceiling, swaying back and forth slightly with a little creak.

Creak creak. Creak creak.

Young Burger stared at it in wonder. “Wow.”

Calm Owl followed. “Wow is right.”

“Calm Owl! Calm Owl!”

She turned to see Perfect Ring running towards her.

“We need to get out of here, now!” Perfect Ring shouted.

“Wait, where’s Green Axe?” Young Burger asked.

“He’s holding them off. Go!” exclaimed Perfect. She turned and screamed, running away.

Young Burger and Calm Owl looked at each other. “We’re not leaving without Green Axe,” said Calm Owl.

They both ran in farther. A person with a green face dropped down. Both of them screamed.

Then the person laughed. He took off his mask. Behind the Calm-Young duo, Perfect was laughing.

“I knew I’d get you two eventually,” Green Axe laughed.

They gave Perfect and Green death glares.

“We knew that if we stayed in there for about two hours, you’d start worrying. Then I pulled out the whole Green Axe holding them off thing,” Perfect giggled.

“I seriously want to slap you right now…” Calm Owl said, annoyed.

“Let’s just make like a tree and leave,” Young Burger sighed.

“Yeah…” the other three agreed. They walked out of the cottage, back into town. Back at the cottage, a strange, ghostly figure giggled, then disappeared.

Poptropican Stories: The Golden Snake

(This isn’t really a “scary” story. However, I am counting it towards the Poptropican Scary Stories collection. It’s more like it’s a whole lot of suspence)

Smart Scorpion (finally a boy star) is just your ordinary Poptropican. Like the others, he is one of the many explorers who explore different islands. Meanwhile, his home island is Shark Tooth.

When he got his blimp for his 12th birthday, he was so excited to use it, he packed up right away.

“Now, hold it there, Scorp,” Blue Scorpion, his mother, sighed, “there are a few rules out there that I don’t want you to break, especially if you’re out alone on the blimp.”

“Okay, fine, I’ll listen,” Smart Scorpion sighed, rolling his eyes.

“Number 1: Try not to make yourself get into too much trouble. Poptropica can be a dangerous place if you’re not careful. Number 2: What happens on that island, stays on that island. And number 3: Don’t go off with someone you don’t know.”

“Yeah, mom, I get it. Bye!” Smart Scorpion said, then dashed to his blimp.

“But I wasn’t even finished…” Blue Scorpion sighed.

Smart Scorpion flew off in his blimp. He looked down at his compass and said, “It looks like I’m being floated Northnortheast or whatever. I guess I’ll start off by taking where the wind takes me.” That didn’t turn out to be a good stragedy, for there was nothing but open sea for miles. After an hour of so of flying lost, he finally spots land. It seems quaint, yet it stood out.

“Hmm… I wonder what island is that?” he asked himself as he got closer. He ended up parking near a wood, where trees in all their glory, were growing. He looked around, for there were nobody there. “Hello?”

There was not a response. Smart continued into the wood, for he was curious. Then he encountered something: it was a shining beauty, for it was golden. A golden snake. Smart reached out to just hold it when he heard a voice that yelled, “STOP!”

Smart turned to see an old lady peeking in between the trees, looking really determined to stop Smart from touching it.

“W-w-who are you?”

“I’m Grey Bird. And I have been here for quite some time.” the woman who called herself Grey Bird responded.

“Well, where am I anyways?”

“This isn’t one of the main islands in Poptropica,” the woman said, “It’s off the coast, between Early Poptropica and Mythology Island.”

“So… this is a deserted island, you’re saying?” Smart Scorpion asked, confused.

“No, this is just not on the map, that’s all. It’s nothing major. Just an island with forests and treasures,” the old woman sighed. “But no matter what you do… don’t touch that snake.”

Smart Scorpion looked at the snake and then looked back. The woman was gone.

“Oye, this is just another kooky old lady,” he thought to himself. He snatched the snake and brought it back on the blimp.

“Just wait until my sister, Popular Scorpion, sees this. She’s going to love it,” he smiled looking at it.

Smart Scorpion stopped by Early Poptropica, where his sister goes to school, and got off.

“Smarty!” he heard a happy voice call. Popular Scorpion ran down the streets and gave her big brother a hug. She just got out of school and was preparing to board the school blimp.

“Hey, kiddo. I just came across something, and I guess I want you to have it,” Smart Scorpion handed down the Golden Snake to an excited Popular.

“Ohmaigosh! I love snakes! Thank you, Smarty!” Popular cheered, giving Smart another bear hug. She boarded onto the blimp and it flew off into the sky.

Smart smiled. He had never seen her 6-year-old sister as excited as she is right now. Smart got into the blimp and flew off again.

About 20 minutes after the visit, Smart’s phone was ringing. He picked up, “Hello?”

“Smart, you need to come home right away! It’s an emergency!” a terrified Blue Scorpion cried out.

“Wait, what? I’m coming home right now,” Smart Scorpion veered the opposite direction and landed back on Shark Tooth Island.

Blue Scorpion was waiting for Smart.

“What’s going on, Mom???” he asked.

“It’s about your sister, come on, now!” Blue Scorpion cried out. The mother and son ran towards their house and ran up to Popular Scorpion’s room. Popular Scorpion was there alright, except she wasn’t moving. Her school-outfit was grey and cratered, as well as the rest of her. She had a surprised look on her face, with terror. Popular Scorpion was petrified. In other words, she was turned to stone.

“Poppy!” Smart cried out in terror. Then he looked down, where a statue of a coiled up snake laid. The statue base, not noticed before, was engraved

ฮฆฮฏฮดฮน ฯ„ฮทฯ‚ ฮœฮญฮดฮฟฯ…ฯƒฮฑฯ‚

“It looks like Greek,” Blue noticed, “I’m going to take it to the treasure inspector.”

Smart and Blue Scorpion brought the snake to the treasure inspector.

“Good afternoon, how may I help you?” the treasure inspector asked.

“Yes, here’s a snake with a peculiar engraving on it. Can you translate it?”

Fรญdi tiฬฑs Mรฉdousas, Snake of Medusaโ€ฆ by Joe. Legend has it that a curse of Medusa herself was cast upon this treasure. If someone is to hold it for longer than 10 minutes, he or she turned to stone.

“That’s must’ve been what happened to Poppy!” Smart shouted, worried.

“But… how in Poptropica did it even get here?” Blue Scorpion asked.

Smart Scorpion flinched. He had to confess. “I, I gave it to her.”

Blue Scorpion looked at Smart. “You what?

“I was the one that gave it to her. I knew that she had loved snakes as long as I could remember. I had no idea that it was cursed. Now she might be dead because of me. Give me the snake. I need to bring it back.”

“But if you possess the snake for more than 10 minutes, you’ll turn to stone. I don’t want another statue as a child,” Blue Scorpion said, tearfully.

“I caused this mess. I am going to fix this. He snatched the snake and brought it onto the blimp. He stopped for a second to look at a picture of Poppy. He mouthed the words, “I love you.” A tear shed down his cheek. He unanchored his blimp and set off into the ocean. He only has about 10 minutes to reach the island, or he’s toast. Dark clouds started to loom in the direction he is going.

7 minutes passed and Smart Scorpion spotted a small island. This was the one. He landed with the snake and ran into the forest. Rain pounded hard on him as he ran towards the shrine where the snake originally stood. Only his flashlight and lightning provided the light he needed to see the shrine. After 2 minutes, a soaked Smart Scorpion found the shrine. He looked at his fingertips. They were turning grey. He didn’t have much time. He ran to the shrine and placed the snake on it.

Before he turned to stone.

There was Smart Scorpion, his hand reaching out, stood still in the pounding rain. He was helpless. Was this the end?

Just then, the rain stopped. The sun started to peek out the clouds. An old woman appeared from around the corner and approached Smart Scorpion. She placed her hand on him. The statue began to glow. The grey faded and Smart Scorpion’s natural color returned. He gasped for air and looked at the woman. It was indeed Grey Bird. However, after Smart laid eyes on her, she tranformed into a young woman with brown hair and wise grey eyes.

“I haven’t fully introduced myself,” Grey Bird said, “I am Athena.”

Smart Scorpion stood there breathless. This woman, who saved his life, is the Greek goddess of wisdom?

“But-but- why did you save me? I didn’t listen to you!” Smart Scorpion stuttered.

“At first, I thought you were taking the snake in greed. You had no idea of the curse. Once I saw you give it to your sister, I started thinking differently of you. When your sister turned to stone, you were devastated. I turned you back, so you were able to return the snake. For her.”

“You saved me. Can you save my Poppy?”

“Unfortunately, it’s now too late for Popular. She’s already in the Underworld. I can’t bring her back now.”

Smart Scorpion’s hope faded. He was too late to save his sister.

“You were brave to return here,” Athena said. Then she disappeared.

Smart Scorpion was still breathless. He stood there, alone again, with the golden snake on its rightful place on the stand. His sister is gone. He looked down into the ground. There was the picture of Poppy and himself, laughing on the docks of Shark Tooth Island. He had dropped it when he was startled by the wisdom goddess’s arrival

Smart Scorpion picked up the picture and started walking back to the blimp. He looked back where the island was. He wasn’t sure if it had a name, so he made one up.

“I’ll call this island… Poppy Island.”

Poptropican Scary Stories: Deathly Spotlight

I know. This text is orange. I was bored. I just like that. ^_^

She’s Maroon Hammer. A go-getter for the spotlight…even when it’s on top of a water tower.

Well, the water tower thing isn’t enough for Maroon, for as a teen, she should get a part-time job to save up to go to a college. It was when she discovered the poster she stopped to look.

“An opening… for a CIRCUS?” Maroon Hammer exclaimed, “Oh yeah! They have dancers there!”

Maroon ran into the circus tent and encountered the ringleader, who was getting prepared for her show that night.

“Hello. How may I help you?” she asked gingerly.

“Um… hi. I’m Maroon Hammer, and I’m interested in the job.”

“Oh, how delightful! You’re in, come now, the circus folk will give you an insight on everything. I’m Jumpy Shell. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to ask,” the ringleader smiled cheerfully.

“Great! I’m a fast learner! Thank you so much!” Maroon cheered as she ran deeper in the circus.

Maroon witnessed the actions of where she was going to work in for tonight’s show. Facinated, she ended up in the choir for some of the songs during the show.

“By the way, there’s a ceremony for each new member during the show!” a zombie-makeup-covered clown said, looking at Maroon.

“Oh how cool!”

“I remember my ceremony!” a trapeze artist blurted out, happily.

Later that night, Maroon Hammer anticipated her debut in something more than just singing on the water tower. Her first performance is here in Early Poptropica and she couldn’t wait.

But the truth was, neither could Jumpy Shell.

The circus was about to begin, obviously from the changing lights. Jumpy Sand entered to the scene, well, more like emerged. The audience was filled with plaudits.

Jumpy said “Today, it’s another one of those days, yup, a new member is here!”

Maroon Hammer emerged in the fog. Jumpy looked at Maroon and smirked.

“Let’s hear it for Red Spider!” a random clown appeared saying from a mini buggy.

“Wait, Red SPIDER?!” Maroon Hammer shouted, stepping back. She had heard horrible stories about her.

Red, to prove her point, she flew up in the air, dragging Maroon up too and cracked her whip. Immediatley, she became a zombie.

“She’s going to stay with me now.” Red said, smirking, “Possibly forever.” Then, she whispered to Maroon, “It is forever.”

Poptropican Scary Stories: Shy Diamond and the Pretties

*The Zombify Card is now available to those who defeat the Haunted House minigame!*

Meet Shy Diamond. She’s just a Poptropican who loves to have fun!

Shy Diamond, despite her name, is a DJ at the Hair Club. Each night, she entertains her guests with her rad guitar skillz!

However, there is a problem: she envied those who look prettier then her… that’s the shy part of her. Whenever she sees someone who looks prettier than her, she gets a little envious.

One night, while visiting her dead grandmother in a graveyard, she encountered a strange girl. Her face was as white as snow, so was her hair and dress. She was glowing like the moonlight, and that startled Shy Diamond. She was so pretty… so once again, Shy envied her.

The mysterious girl didn’t like Shy’s reaction to her. “You fool,” she muttered darkly, “Why do you have a look of disgust?”

“You’re so pretty…” Shy Diamond confessed, “and I’m not. I don’t like that you’re pretty. Why can’t I look like you?!”

“So you want to look like me?” the girl asked, confused.

“Yes!” Shy answered, confident.

“Very well then,” the girl muttered. Then she flew up in the sky and glowed. Her pretty pale face turned green, her eyes a moonlight yellow, and scars appeared all over her body. Her dress turned pink but it became tattered and ripped and she returned to the ground.

“This is what I really look like,” the girl muttered, with a dark voice inside her, “you wish to look like me, you’ll have that wish.”

“No, no! I don’t want to look like you anymore! I regret it! Don’t!” Shy screamed, stepping back.

“You’ve already made your wish, Shy. You shall recieve it,” the girl called. Shy began to glow and immediatley started to change. Her pearl white eyes became yellow and her tan skin green. Scars began to appear all over her and her dress became ripped and tattered. She became a zombie.

Shy panted loudly. She can’t believe what the girl had done to her. She tried to call back out to her but the girl had disappeared. She was left to be a zombie forever. Shy just can’t stand it anymore. Someone would have to pay.

Shy went to the popular pretty girl in Reality TV Island.

“Well well well, isn’t it Shy Diamond. Look at you. It’s too early for Halloween, Shy!” Popular Crown snickered.

“It’s no costume, Crown. You have to pay.” Shy Diamond unleashed a power upon Crown, making her look just like Shy Diamond.

She screamed when she looked in the mirror, “Why?!” Popular Crown ran off.

Shy Diamond smirked, “Someone had to pay.”

Shy quit being an entertainer and decided to join Zombies Anonoymus, where Popular Crown was too. Each month, a new face would pop up, those faces were once mean pretty girls now cursed by Shy. So remember: don’t be mean to someone just because of their looks.

The Escape (Chapter 1)

Chapter 1, It was the brown kidnapping season
It was today. The prom. The day of her life. The day the crown gets placed on her head, and she’ll be popular. For at least 1 hour.
Camilla Stone, age 17 was getting her makeup, her dress, and her hair ready. She even painted her nails.
She was ready for the upstanding applause when the crown got placed. Everything was going ย just as planned. It was a great day. It was a miracle. She could see the flashes of cameras, the surrounding people, and all the fame and fortune.

Her elegant white dress, and white hair. She dyed it. To make her stand out. This was how crazy she was. She was crazy. For just one plastic fake crown, and the popularity that WILL end.
As walking out of her house, a flashing white beam was brightly shining. It grew stronger and stronger by the minute, and before too long, Camilla was gone.

She arrived at a old abandoned cabin. Brown. Brown. Brown. Brown dirt, brown house, brown everything. How exciting. Brown is the new Pink. ๐Ÿ˜

A shadowy figure approached, not revealing his or her face. And it motioned Camilla, to walk forward into the cabin. The figure disappeared. ย It drifted into tiny dust, a nothing. She opened the door. And there it was. A brown tattered bed, rags and laundry, never washed. It had blood on it. A skull laid on a nest, the next was covered with broken egg pieces, she knew this wasn’t a nightmare. This was reality. A strong wind gushed and the house leaned a little bit to the right. The bathroom, clogged and the water was always cold. -1 degrees. It was green and mushy, the place hasn’t been cleaned in about 10 years. Carvings in the wall said stuff like, “Welcome. Please enjoy your stay.” When she read it, the door locked and she was trapped. No light. Nothing. Nothing but a box of matches and a candle. Small stupid faint light. The world had turned gray. Or brown. ‘Cause everything her is black, or mostly brown. Then a little patch of red, lying on the pile of dirty dead laundry.
