You fly your blimp into Astro Knights island. You drop into a wrecked place.
What do you need to do? You need to help, as usual.
The first thing you need to do is walk right to the Rocket ship fountain. You will see some shine in the water. Jump on it. You will get a gold coin.
Now go to the House of Mordred, or Mordred Museum. It is the house you just passed. Talk to the purple Guy standing inside. He will give you a pamphlet. Now use your gold coin.
The purple guy will let you move around the house. Click on the pile of books on the chair next to the computer. The guy doesn’t want you touching that, but he will give you a library slip instead. You will see that the letters ‘McM’ have been underlined.
Go right, to the next are of the Island- The castle. There will be a purple lady outside the castle door. you don’t need to pay attention to her. Just enter the castle. there will be two doors, one on either side. Click on the one on the right. You will be able to get two books- One from the fiction area, The Mystical Weapons of Arturus and a non-fiction one, the Life of Mordred- A Cautionary Tale. They will stand out from th other books, and you can read them from your Inventory if you like.
You can talk to the librarian if you like, or you can go as low as you can gop in the library. You will see some gold plaques. You will see the letters ‘McM’ Click on the brusck above. The floor will open up a little, and there will be steps leading down. apparently, you can go even lower!
Go down. Grab the Mouldy Cheese. Then go a little more right. You will see a floating robot speaking in Binary (If you can translate it, you will find it spells ‘Bard’)
Now go up again. The soldiers and librarian will have found you. They will let you pass, however, and go out and then to the room on the right of the entrance. This will be the princess’s maid’s room.
She will be pretty sad. Talk to her if you like. You will see a small mechanical mouse coming from a little hole. Use your Moldy Cheese. It will come to you, and you will catch it. It will go inside your inventory. There will be a letter sitting on the chest next to the bed. Take it (Jump on it)
Now, go upstairs and inside a door with red banners on either side with a gold crown on both.
Go right and talk to the king and queen. You will find out that you will be knighted if you find the missing princess. ask the queen if there is anything more she can tell you. She will tell you that the knights that left to search for the princess (And never came back) left her this when before the left.
‘This’ are some coordinates, which will not make much sense at that time, but just you wait.
Exit the castle and go even more right. Talk to a man with a shovel and pimples. He will give you a bag of manure.
Keep on going right, till you reach ‘Ye Old Mill’ Talk to the person outside, and ask him why the windmill doesn’t turn. Before you leave, get the old rope lying on the ladder-like thing close by. Then go inside the mill.
Jump onto the table, then the shelf, then onto the platform with hay on it.Then onto those round things, and then onto a higher platform with hay on it. Hang on the rope, so that the thing that was not letting the gears move is lifted from the gears. Drop down next to an old fashioned goth girl (This all is in a previous time period). Give her the message you found in the maids room. She will give you a password.
Then go outside and stand on one of the windmill blades. You can do that by jumping on top of the dorr, then onto the blade. Jump onto the left blade, because it needs to move anti-clockwise t open the top of the roof. Stand close to the center so that you can easily jump onto the blade above when you start slipping off the one you are on now.
Once the the round glass thing on top of the roof is wide open enough to get inside, well, get inside.
You will see some red-and-grey metal contraption. Use your manure to fuel it. It will fly out of the roof.
Now go out, and back to the castle. Don’t go inside. Instead, go on top, where you will see some soldiers and a bow and arrow. Use your rope, then shoot it so that it gets into the door. this might take a few tries, but you’ll get it eventually.
Now walk down the rope and inside the princess’s bedroom. It will be pink, with star charts and diagrams on the walls.
There will be a chest stuffed with paper next to the bed. A roll of brown paper will stick out. Run past it. You will get it. Read it from your inventory. then you can go outside.
Now go back to Main Street. Click on the the carved tile like thing below the fountain. click on the crescent moon, then the planet like saturn, with rings, and finally the five-point star. Then click on the sun. All the water will drain out, and the tile will slide down. Enter the empty place. slide down the rope, and talk to the guy with a lot of pimples. He will give you a key.
Get out of that place, and into Mordred Museum. Go upstairs and click under the bed. You will find a secret note.
Now go out, and all the way back to the are after the castle. There will be two Hay Bales. Push them to the side they are on- the right side one all the way right, the left one left (There will be some stones that stop you, so you stop at them)
Now use the key you just got to open the trapdoor underneath. You will notice a mechanical Owl which appears to be sleeping. click on it, and it will fly out of the trapdoor on top. Follow it outside, and release the mechanical mouse from your inventory.
The owl will snap it up and start following you (Its name is merlin, by the way)
Go down again and walk all the way left. A rocky wall will block you, but keep on pressing left like you are walking, and it will finally give way. continue until you reach the end of the passageway. Click to enter. You will be behind the bars, along with that strange monster that spoke Binary.
It will self destruct, and a fuel rod will fly out, out of the bars. click on merlin, then the rod, and Merlin will bring it to you.
Now get out of there, go up, then to the contraption you fueled earlier. to control it, just move your mouse in the direction you want to go. Don’t Click.
Go to the end. You will see a crashed flying saucer (named Excalibur). click on it. You will see some dials, and a broken fuel rod. drag the full fuel rod you have in place of the broken one.
If you read the note, you will find that the co-ordinates you will need to put in are 52 and 56.
The first dial (left) is 56, and the second one (right) is 52. Turn the dials till it is the correct number. Click launch.
You will see a short clip of Excalibur flying from poptropica,, onto the moon. It will crash land.
After loading, you will find you are now on the pewter moon. There is less Gravity Here than there normally should be (It’s a moon after all), so you can jump WAY higher.
Run to the right, onto the moving platform, and into Astro Zone.
Talk to the owner, and he will let you build a rocket ship, in exchange for the remains of Excalibur.
Click on the ‘Create Your Own Ricket’ Holopad Console.
You can design your own rocket with that. Be creative! have fun! But remember to have a speed a bit higher than strength.
Now, go inside, then start flying. It’s time to get that lost Princess!
Note- If you leave in the middle of doing these, your rocket will land on top of the castle.
You can actually go in any order, but almost all guides (and when I was doing this, I did too) go in the order of this-
Jungle Planet (Coordinates- 15,15)
Land on the Jungle Planet. Run off the platform you are on. down’t jump on the mechanical flowers yet. First, run right till you see a green lance. Get it, then use the flowers to jump back onto the platform you used to be.
You will see a swinging platform come to you every ten-fifteen seconds. Jump on it justas it is about to swing back. Do the same, three times over. watch out for the swinging mechanical bugs which shock you, and may make you fall down.
Now, run right on the platform you just landed on. He will tell you that a creature is imprisoned behind the eggs. It could be the princess!
Jump on the eggs. First on the first one, right after it opens, then the second one the same way. Jump onto the third after it opens, then the fourth, and then onto the cage. It isn’t the princess. But it’s a unicorn! yay!
use your lance t blast the cage open. The knight will say that the MOther Phoenix is coming. Time to kill the mother Phoenix.
You will be riding a unicorn, your laser lance in front of you. to make weak laser, just click and let go immediately. For stronger laser beams, click and hold till the lance is lit up!
Avoid the bugs which make strange patterns, or shoot them. Avoid the missiles and storm clouds. Right at the end, you will face the Mother Phoenix herself. Before she comes, there won’t be the pattern making bugs, but there will still be missiles. you can shoot them with a fiully powered beam.
Or you can avoid them and save you beam for the mother phoenix, as only those will kill her (and also the missiles). as soon as her mouth opens, let go. After three times, she will die. Be careful, as she might come behind you and you will be unable to kill her. Just avoid her missiles, and she’ll come in front again.
Now, go back to your rocket, and to-
The Fire/Lava planet (Coordinates 83,20)
You will land on a very hot planet. there will be platforms which go up and down by lava. If you fall into the red stuff below, you will say “hot Hot Hot’ and teleport back to where you started.
Most of the platforms are fairly easy to get onto. Except for the last one. You should jump while both the second last (the one you are on) and the last platform are going down.
Then, jump into the volcano.
This is going to be pretty frustrating, because if you aren’t fast enough, the gas will take you pretty far back- almost to the beginning.
Hide in the nooks and crannies. When you reach the end, you won’t have to worry about it. halfway down the passage with no hot gas, you will meet a strange creatiure. Jump over it when it starts rolling, and continue on like nothing happened.
Talk to the knight wearing red armour. He will give you his Ice Arrow and tell you to defeat the monster.
You need to be careful while defeating it. Your body could overheat, and you will have to start again. If you are hit by fireballs, your heat will increase a little more, but it keeps on increasing slowly, even if you avoid everything, so be fast.
Your task is simple- Climb up the chains, move from chain to chain, drop down behind the monster, avoid the spiky yo-yo, and click on the lever. the dragon will get turned off, and the mouth will open. Run in front quickly, and shoot the open mouth with your icy arrow.
Do this three times, quickly. It might take a few tries, but in the end, the monster will move in front, jump on a bad tile (or something) and fall into the lava below.
No princess! It’s time to go to the third planet, or-
Ice Planet (Coordinates 73, 83)
This planet is hard to get on to. It is guarded my Space Sharks. You need to lure them to the black hole, at coordinates 84, 47. Fly a little in front of them (Don’t touch ’em), and take them to the black hole. Just fly around it. If you want, you can do this one by one. Every time you kill a space shark, you will get a message that you have on the bottom of your screen.
When all thre Space Sharks are killed, go back to the Ice Planet. Avoid the metal fish, which will knock you into the ice water below. You will say ‘Cold! Cold! Cold!’ and teleport back to where you started (sound familiar?).
Go right. Climb up the mountain quickly (avoid the snowballs) At the top is the blue knight. He cannot defeat the monster himself, so he gives you his Force Shield
So, to defeat the Tigerocopter, you will need to bounce back the snowballs it throws at you. Every now and then, it will fall, and your force shield might need to be repaired. A huge snowball will also be thrown at you. Jump over it to avoid it. This needs to be done three times in all.
You still don’t have the princess. Talk to the knights in your spaceship. they will tell you to visit a planet in the asteroid belt. ‘Crystal Gate’.
Crystal Gate (Coordinates 11, 82)
Be careful while you are getting there. Avoid the Asteroids at all cost! You can shoot them if you like.
Click on Crystal Gate when you reach it.
Climb up the mountain (Once again, there is less gravity here, so you can jump high) to join the three knights.
Click on the sword. This will make a huge portal which will suck in the sword. It’s probabaly dangerous! Let’s go in there!
You will arrive at the Binary Bard’s fortress. Finally! Go down and talk to the princess, you is wearing orange and purple dress. She will ask you for the three powerful weapons, so that she can go inside and defeat Binary Bard.
You will give them to her. Then it turns out that ‘she’ was actually Binary Bard. He will disappear inside a door, and it will turn into a puzzle.
This is how to defeat the door-
Number them like this-

Click in this order- 7, 8, 5, 6, 10, 11, 16, 15, 14, 13.
Then go inside.
Now, you need to defeat the Binary Bard.
First, Merlin will fight him. Avoid everything he throws at you. Everytime he throws and orb, click on it to pick it up and go over him. When it starts flashing red, drop it. after doing this two time, Binary Bard will zap him. Try not to lose much Health, because you will not get a refill in the second part of the battle.
Now, it’s your turn. Jump on the Binary Bard, (avoiding everything he sends at you) and then to the pprincess’s cage. Then onto a Chandelier. Binary Bard will come under you. Avoid his Zap, so the chndelier will fall on him. do this again to finish him off.
Now, it will show a screen saying what happened, etc. etc. etc., then you will find yourself in the throne room.
You will be knighted! the king will call you Sir/Lady whatever-your-second-name-is and give you the medal and 100 credits!
